Common Tenancies Tags (Custom Document Templates)

 The following tags can be used for a Custom Document Template when 'generate for' is set to 'Tenancy'

Tag	What it will Display
[[Tenancy.DisplayTenants]]	Displays all the tenants names inline (i.e. John Davies, James Thomas, Lisa Brand)
[[Tenancy.Tenants]:GenerateName(Title/Forename/Surname)]	Displays all the tenants names inline with title (i.e. Mr John Davies,  Mr James Thomas, Miss Lisa Brand)
[[Tenancy.Tenants.DisplayName]]	Displays the individual tenant name (i.e. James Davies) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of tenants.
[[Tenancy.Tenants.EMailAddress]]	Displays the individual tenants email address (i.e. [e-mail]) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of tenants.
[[Tenancy.Tenants.MobilePhone]]	Displays the individual tenants mobile number (i.e. 07546875982) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of tenants.
[[Tenancy.Tenants.Title]]	Displays the individual tenants title  (i.e. Mr) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of tenants.
[[Tenancy.Tenants.Forename]]	Displays the individual tenants forename (i.e. Susie) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of tenants.
[[Tenancy.Tenants.Surname]]	Displays the individual tenants surname (i.e. Morgan) This tag must be contained within a table otherwise the document will loop per the amount of tenants.
[[Tenancy.TenancyProperty.CombinedAddressFlatNumber]]	Displays the tenants address number (i.e. 40, 56)
[[Tenancy.TenancyProperty.Address1]]	Displays the first line of the tenants address (i.e. Test Address 1)

[[Tenancy.TenancyProperty.EPC_EER_CurrentValue]:GenerateEPCRating()]	Displays the EPC data for a property by the letter value. (i.e. C)
£[[Tenancy.InstructionBondRequired]]	Displays the bond amount. You will need to add a £ sign before the tag. (i.e. £500.00)
£[[Tenancy.InstructionRentAdvertised]]	Displays the Advertised Rent. You will need to add a £ sign before the tag. (i.e. £1000)
[[Tenancy.InstructionRentSchedule]]	Displays the frequency of the Rent (i.e. Monthly, Daily)
[[Tenancy.StartDate]:FormatDateShort()]	Displays the start date of the Tenancy (i.e. 30/05/18)
[[Tenancy.EndDate]:FormatDateShort()]	Displays the end date of the Tenancy (i.e. 30/12/18)
[[Tenancy.FixedDate]:FormatDateShort()]	Displays the fixed date of the Tenancy (i.e. 30/11/18)
[[Tenancy.Conditions.Condition]]	Displays the special conditions of the Tenancy. This tag must be contained within a table
