Updated & Revamped UI
We have improved the look and feel of agentOS. Rest assured, it is the same system, all that we have done is improved the user interface (UI).
The goal of the new UI and dashboard is to give you a convenient overview of your Agency. By clicking on the dashboard items, the aim is to provide you with everything you need from quick emailing; sending a WhatsApp message or recording a phone call note. The goal is to allow you to customise what you see and reduce the number of clicks to access information.
We have also introduced agentLeads, Jointly Listed and an Apps tab, giving you quick access to key features and apps. Furthermore, in the top right-hand corner are shortcuts to the Support chat, Software Requests, Latest Software Release Notes and Settings.

**Certificates that appear in "Overdue Certificates" will also appear here as a certificate is still due even if the date is far in the past.
Some stats have a selectable filter for Assigned, Branch or Company. Each one will change what the stat reports on, your work items, your branch's work items or the company's as a whole. Your choices here will be saved for future use the next time you log into the system.
Timeline
A new button has been added to certain grids around the system which will allow you to quickly view that persons' CRM Timeline. Where applicable, the pop up will also show all linked people to that object. Eg. On a tenancy, you will see the CRM timeline for the landlord as well as any tenants linked to the tenancy.
Improvements
Contact Context Menu
- Contact details of the person object have been added to grids around the system.
- On clicking a contact detail (Email address or phone number), a context menu opens with contact options.
- "Send Email" will allow you to send an email from within the system.
- "Send Template Email" will allow you to pick an email template before sending.
- "Email from Your Device" will allow you to send an email from your native mail app (On desktop or mobile).
- "Send SMS Message" will allow you to send an SMS message (If you have a text account).
- "Record a Phone Call" will allow you to record a phone call note.
- "Call..." will allow you to make a phone call from your native phone app (On desktop or mobile).
- "Chat on WhatsApp" will allow you to send a message via WhatsApp.
Information Columns
- "Information" columns have been added to a number of grids, displaying a number of different stats.
- Where applicable, the stats are clickable, upon which a new tab will open providing further info on the stat.
Apps
- On the "Apps" tab, you can view all of our current apps.
- Clicking on the panel will open up the app and log you in immediately.
Lettings Applicant Negotiator
- To allow for the "Overview" stats to work on a user level, we have added the ability to assign a member of staff as a Negotiator on a lettings applicant.
Maintenance Jobs
- We have improved how maintenance jobs are assigned to members of staff by adding "Assigned Staff" to the job.
- By default, this will set itself to the user creating the job. But, this can be changed at any time.
- This new field is displayed in the "Maintenance Jobs" grid and is also used by both "Maintenance Jobs" stats.
Tenancy Electronic Signatures
- You can now add an electronic signature directly from a tenancy, which will add the landlord and tenant as recipients.
Part Exchange Case Type
- "Shared Ownership" has been added as a new case type on part exchange records.
