Features

Updated EPC Certificates

In line with the latest changes to the EPC register, three new fields have been added to EPC certificates (Lettings) and the EPC tab on sales properties.

1. CO2 Produces
   1. For use in marketing material.
2. CO2 Potential
   1. For use in marketing material.
3. EPC URL
   1. The URL of the EPC report (From the EPC register) should be added here.
   2. When present, the URL will be sent to property portals.

To display the CO2 figures in your marketing material, please contact our Documentation Team.

Mortgage Providers

You can now add Mortgage Providers to the system, either as a "Broker" or a "Lender". These mortgage providers can be linked to Sales Offers.

Improvements

Archive Applicants & Buyers

• Automatic notifications are now turned off when you archive an applicant or buyer.
• Un-archiving will turn automatic notifications back on.

Sales - Invoices

• "Invoices" has been added to the Sales section of the system, allowing you to view created invoices against all people types in sales.

Edit Sales Offers

• You can now edit sales offers that are in the "Accepted" or "Referred to Vendor" states.

Sales Instruction Audit Notes

• A note is created when the branch or negotiator is changed on a sales instruction.

Sales Offer New Fields

• We have added three new fields to sales offers:
  • New field 'Deposit amount (£ field).
  • New field 'Mortgage amount (£ field).
  • New field Mortgage Term (note field).

Certificate Chase Status

• "Chase Status" has been added back into the main grid for Certificates.

Sales Pay People in Credit

• A people from the sales section have been added to Pay People in Credit
  • Estate agent
  • Developer
  • Mortgage
  • Solicitor
  • Vendors
  • Buyers

System Service Status

• A shortcut has been added to the top right bar that will take you to our service status page.

Open Banking

• Faster payment references will be removed from the description of any statement from a Lloyds bank account.
• General tweaks to improve performance.

EPC Potentials

• We have removed the restriction on the potential ratings for EER and EI on an EPC so that a number greater than 100 can be entered.

Bugs/Defects

Lettings Progression "To Do"

• The "To Do" column has been added back to the "Lettings Progression" grid, listing all outstanding progression checklist items.

Sales Instruction Notes Ordering

• Fixed a defect where notes on a sales instruction were not ordered in descending order.
