Features
- Maps
- A standard map and a heat map have been added to the appropriate grids.
- The maps will display the information taken from the grid.
- Example: Maintenance Jobs
- View all properties with a Maintenance Job
- Example: View an Applicants Matching Properties
- Each property will appear as a pin on the map, which when clicked on will display relevant information and actions for that property.
- In order to map your properties, we must create a Geo Tag for each one based on the address.
- Due to the number of properties, this Geo Tagging process could take some time. As such, maps won't be available to you immediately upon release.
- If the address is incorrect, we won't be able to create a Geo Tag for the property and it won't appear on the map.
- If no mappable information is available, the Map and Heat Map tabs won't be visible.
- This could happen if an Applicant has no Matching Properties.
- Mortgages & Repossession Cases
- Record details of any applicable Mortgages or Repossession Cases against individual Sales and Lettings properties.
- Quickly add the relevant details via the property/sales instruction record.
- These features are completely optional.
Improvements
- Additions to Lettings & Sales Offers
- Manage Offers for Lettings Offers has been added to the main Lettings menu.
- Manage all Lettings Offers from one screen.
- Two new actions have been added to Lettings & Sales Offers.
- Send Email to Landlord
- Send Email to Tenant
- Notify the landlord or tenant when the status of the offer has changed.
- Manage Offers for Lettings Offers has been added to the main Lettings menu.
- Tenancy Auto Charges
- More information is displayed in the grid, allowing you to quickly see the expected outcome of an auto charge.
- A list of Last Charged auto charges has also been added, allowing you to keep track of what has already been charged.
- An edit action has been added to auto charges, allowing you to customise Tenancy Specific and Service Type auto charges.
- When editing a Service Type auto charge, a new Tenancy Specific auto charge will be created.

Edit an existing Auto Charge
- Gas Safety Certification Legislation Change
- You can now renew a gas safety certificate two months before it expires.
- This results in the certificate being valid for 14 months.
- Any dates greater than 14 months in the future will fail validation.
- Reconile Bank Statements - Tenancy Information
- The tenancy information field on Reconcile Bank Statements will not display To Date if the tenancy has no end date.

- Significantly sped up the time taken to generate the Section 19 Report.
- Buyer Automatic Notifications
- Automatic notifications are now sent out to buyers.
- Payment Group Creation
- Updated a number of the newer bank statement templates so that they create one payment group consisting of many, instead of single payment groups.
- Invoiced Sales (Saved Monthly) Report Error
- Fixed a defect where the report wouldn't run if a company didn't have a VAT Number.
- Draw Down NRL
- Fixed a defect where you had to click the "Draw Down NRL" confirm button twice to complete the action.
