Improvements

Rightmove Real-Time Feed

• A number of generic fixes/changes to the Rightmove real-time feed.
  • An issue with "Years Left on Tenure" sending "0" fixed.
  • A number of new fields have been added to "Composition One" for lettings' properties, including burglar alarm and dishwasher.
    • These can also be included in marketing material generated by the system.
  • Longitude & Latitude fields added, with the coordinates automatically generated when an address is added/edited.
  • A "Summary" field has been added to lettings.
    • If no summary is provided, "Summary to follow..." will be sent (Matching Sales).

Lettings' Property Layout

• We have tidied up the layout of lettings' properties.
  • "Composition" has been split up in to "Composition One" and "Composition Two".
  • A new "Marketing" tab has been added to deal with all marketing aspects of a property.
    • Including Summary, Description and Property Type.
• Hidden a number of fields that served no purpose.

Sales Instruction Branch

• We have made it easier to know what field should be used to set a branch on a sales instruction.
  • The "Area" field controls the Area AND branch.
  • "Portal Advertising Branch" has been moved to make it easier to update at the same time as updating the Area/Branch.
  • The usage of these fields has not changed.
• Hidden a number of fields that served no purpose.

Buyer Notification Unsubscribe

• Added an unsubscribe link to buyer email notifications which will turn off email notifications.

Custom Document Type

• Added a new action to documents in "Stored Documents" on objects called "Set Document Type".
• Pick from a custom list of types.
• Additional types can be added via "Custom Document Types".

Boomin BLM Template

• Generic changes to the BLM template for use with Boomin.

Buyer Lead Source

• "Lead Source" on a buyer is now mandatory.
• The list can be customised via "Buyer Lead Source Types".

Tenant Balance

• The balance of the tenant's Main account has been added to the "Tenants" grid.

Bugs/Defects

Progression & Chain - Offer in Grid

• Fixed a defect where the incorrect offer was displayed against an item in the grid in Progression & Chain.
• Improved the logic so that it will display an accepted offer if present or the first "Pending" offer in the grid.

Include in Invoice

• Fixed a defect where "Include in Invoice" didn't update to "Yes" when enabled.

Micro Fixes - 12/05/2021

• Various bug fixes for "View Statement" where the "Balance" was incorrect.
• Duplicate emails when using a custom domain and forwarding emails into the system.
• Barclays Open Banking cut off time fix.
• "Submitted Invoice" fixes.
