Layout Changes: Left-hand Ladder

We've added a new left-hand ladder layout to the majority of records on the system, grouping some options together and re-ordering some items to put focus on the sections we find that most clients use more often.

The example below is from a landlord record on a user with top-level access - please be aware that you may see fewer or different options depending on your access level and company setup.

Please note that some options in the ladder have been renamed, but no items have been removed. Please contact our Support team if you have any questions about the new layout.

Inventory Room Order

A new option has been added to tenancy records for an Inventory Room Order, which will allow you to define a different room order to appear on inventory paperwork than the one attached to the property record that is normally used for marketing.

When you create a new tenancy, the system will look at any rooms that have been added to the property record and automatically copy those into the new Inventory Room Order section in the tenancy. 

You will then see an Order Rooms option on the top-right of the grid, where you can click to drag and drop the list into your desired order for the inventory.

When a tenancy is renewed or a re-let is created, the system will look at the list on the last tenancy and copy that ordering across to the new one. If any new rooms have been added to the property record prior to this happening then these will be brought across and added to the bottom of the existing Inventory Room Order, ready to be adjusted if required.

Please note that your existing tenancy records may not show a transferred room list automatically, but a Generate Room List button will appear when you first click into this section, which will allow you to bring in an existing property room list, ready for re-ordering.

Improvements

Sales Instructions - New Fields

The following new fields have been added to Sales Instructions:

Composition Two

• Air Conditioning
• Windows (Double Glazing)

New Homes

• New Homes Builder
• Warranty Provider

The New Homes section has also been reordered to accommodate these new options.

SMS Landlord from Maintenance Job

An option has been added to the Actions menu in a Maintenance Job to SMS Landlord.

Electronic Signatures Agreement File Name

When creating a Tenant Agreement for use in an electronic signature envelope the file name will no longer include a tenant name, so that it can be used by multiple tenants when signing if required.

Please note that no document content has changed, just the file naming format.

Bugs/Defects

Send Email Template - Sales Instruction

An issue where Send Email Template was not working for some clients when attempting to send through a Sales Instruction has been resolved. 

Send Email Template - Duplicate Addresses

A bug has been fixed where duplicate email addresses appeared in the views when using Send Email Template.

Send Chase SMS - Landlord Chase

An issue has been resolved where a tenant's SMS number would appear alongside the landlord's when sending a Landlord Chase Update from Send Chase SMS.

Export Paid Sales - Xero Report

The Export Paid Sales - Xero report in Draw Down Paid Sales will now only export and include fully paid invoices and exclude part paid invoices. 

Calmony

This release also includes the introduction of the calmony.agentos.com app for Calmony client account only users.  This app is a banking app for:

• accessing and downloading client account statements
• payment app
• adding Payees (Calmony only feature)
• making payments
