Features

Credit Checks

The format of Credit Checks conducted through agentOS has been simplified, and instead of scoring will now return one of four defined result types based on the data found for that person:

• Pass
• Caution
• Fail
• No Results Found

For a person where a Caution result is returned, you now have the option to check the information provided and should you decide that you would like to proceed, you can override that result to a new Pass with Caution option from the Actions of the Credit Check results page.

Please note: Only checks returning a Caution result will show the option to override. A Reason must be provided when overriding, which will be recorded in Notes. 

A check showing No Results Found normally means we're not able to match the person you're checking with the address you've entered. You can perform another check by entering different address details and trying again.

Please note: Any additional credit check attempts will be charged at your normal rate.

N.B. - A Date of Birth must be entered on a person's profile before a Credit Check can be conducted.

Historic Credit Checks

A new option has been added to the Office section and to individual person profiles for Historic Credit Checks. This will show the details of any Credit Checks conducted prior to this software release.

Bugs/Defects

HSBC BACS File

An issue where invalid characters were appearing in the HSBC BACS file type has been resolved.

Allied Irish Current 2022 Bank Statement File

A bug where debit transactions were showing as credits when uploaded has been fixed.

agentPA Reminders

An issue where you were unable to mark agentPA Reminders as Complete has been resolved.
