Property Alert Branch Controls
We've added an option to the Admin page in a Branch for Send Property Alerts controls. This allows you to set a default on each branch for whether Lettings Applicants and Sales Buyers added to that branch should receive Property Alert emails or SMS:
This in turn sets the Notify by Email and Notify by Text options on any newly added applicants or buyers to whatever your default is set to on the branch you've added them to. You can then override those on each individual applicant or buyer profile as required using the existing options.
Please note: This change only applies when adding new applicant or buyer profiles, any existing ones will retain the options that you have already set on that profile.
For companies with multiple branches please note that it will default to using the settings for the adding staff member's branch.
Sales Instruction Notes
When using the Action in a Sales Instruction to Send Email Template, the sent email details will now also appear in the Notes of that instruction.
Archived Object Types hidden from Dropdowns
Items in the following object types will now be hidden from the relevant system dropdowns when that item has been set to Archived:
- Email Accounts
- Email Templates
- SMS Templates
- Sales Service Types
- Lettings Service Types
- GDPR Consent Item Types
