Features

Sales Repossession Record

A new record type has been added to the left-hand ladder in Sales Valuations & Instructions for Repossessions. You can use this to track any repossession details on a Sales Property in a similar way to the existing Repossession Cases function on Lettings.

An overview Repossessions option has also been added to the Sales section of the system, allowing you to see cases from different properties and negotiators.

The custom field options available in the Configure setting can be used to customise this section further to fit with your specific processes, beyond the standard template that has been added in this release. 

Sales Price History

We've added a new section to Sales Valuations & Instructions showing Price History, where any changes to that instruction's Advertised Price will be recorded, along with time and date details and the name of the staff member making the change.

Please note: This will only show price change information from the point of this software release onwards, any previous changes will not be listed.

Custom Fields - Tags for Custom Document Templates

Documentation tags are now available for added Custom Fields within Custom Document Templates you've added to the system. For help with adding these to your documents, please email [e-mail] with the details of the fields required and the template you wish to include that on.

Custom Fields - Tags for System Letter Templates

Documentation tags are now available for added Custom Fields within the System Letter Templates for the Tenancy Agreement Letter, End Notice Letter and Lettings Instruction Letter. For help with adding these to documents, please email [e-mail] with the details of the field required and the template you wish to include that on.

Please note: Tags will be made available for additional System Letter Template types in a future software release.

Email and SMS tags are now available for added Custom Fields. For help adding these to your templates, please email [e-mail].

Improvements

Sales Instruction Notes

Further improvements have been made following the previous software release. A new note showing the specific Email Template and SMS Template content will now show in the Notes of Sales Valuations & Instructions when those are sent from that record, in addition to the current note added showing that the template has been sent.
