Sales Progression Checklist Reordering

We've added the ability to re-order the Sales Progression Checklist items on a Sales Service Type. When viewing the list in a service type (through Object Types), you'll see an Order Items option on the right, which when clicked will give you this pop-up:

Once you select the Instruction State that you'd like to re-order items for, you'll be given a list of the items at that stage, where you can drag and drop to re-order:

By default, these changes will only pull through to instructions created after re-ordering, but if you need the updated order to show on an existing instruction then we have added the option to each to Re-Synchronize Order. You'll find this in the instruction itself, under Progression Checklist:

Using this option will bring through any items added or re-ordered in your Sales Progression Checklist since the instruction in question has been created.

Please note: The re-ordering and re-syncing options will be added to Lettings Progression Checklists and Property Progression Checklists in a future release.

Improvements

Sales Instructions: Updates section

A new section has been added to the ladder in Sales Instructions for Updates, where relevant updates on ongoing instructions can be recorded.

As part of this work, a new customisable Object Type option has also been added for Sales Update Type.

Part Exchange: Valuations section ordering

The ordering of fields in the Valuations section of a Part Exchange record has been changed for better clarity.

Part Exchange: Valuation Notes

When Valuation Timing or Valuation Amount details are added or amended in a Part Exchange record a Valuation Note will now be automatically recorded outlining the change, staff member and date and time it took place.

Sales Repossessions: Repossession Date

After feedback, the Repossession Date in the Litigation Details section of a Sales Repossession has been changed to a Date/Time field.

Bugs/Defects

Rightmove RTDF: Min. Tenancy value

An issue where the Maximum Term entered on agentOS was being used for the Min. Tenancy value when data was displayed on Rightmove has been resolved. 

Notes: AML Checks Completed

A bug where AML status change Notes were being added to a person's profile when no changes were being made has been fixed.
