Send Email Attachments to Saved Documents
A new feature has been added allowing you to send received email attachments directly to the Saved Documents section of a record.
In the Actions of a received email, you'll see the option to Send Attachments to Saved Documents:
You'll then be given the option to send attachments to the Saved Documents section of one of the following record types:
- Lettings Property
- Sales Instruction
- Maintenance Job
Please note: This will be expanded to include Certificates and Sales Offers in a future software release.
Once you've selected the record you need you'll be given a list of the attachments from this email, where you can select one or multiple attachments to include using the checkboxes on the left-hand side:
Click the Send to Saved Documents button on the bottom right-hand side to confirm.
You can also send individual attachments to Saved Documents from the Attachments list in an email. When viewing the list, each attachment will have an Actions button on the right-hand side, where you can select Send to Saved Documents:
Archiving Staff Profiles
The option to Archive staff profiles has been removed, to avoid a scenario where a staff member might be archived on agentOS but not made inactive.
To make a staff member inactive, please refer to this guide.
Custom Field Tags on Property Brochures & Window Displays
We've added the ability to use document tags for Custom Fields on lettings Brochures and Window Displays.
Copy Sales Instruction
A bug where some users received an error on trying to Copy Sales Instruction has now been resolved.
