1. Create a new Landlord
2. Create a new property (will need to repeat this step for each room)
3. Link the Landlord to the new property (again, repeat if more than one room)
4. Prepare the 'Advertised' tenancy instruction
5. Sending landlord Terms of Business (optional)
6. Tenant Credit check and Referencing (optional)

7. Set up a 'Let Agreed' tenancy when a tenant has been found
8. Adding a guarantor (optional)
9. Setting the 'Initial rent' amount and monthly rent amounts
10. Printing tenancy documents
11. Sign Tenancy Agreement and activate the tenancy
